I make available the "Website and Services" to help people learn how to measure, diagnose, and manage product and service fitness for purpose and fitness for use.

• "Services" refers to all offerings provided or described via the Website, including:
  • Content: Books, articles, blog posts, emails, AI chats, and all other forms of written or verbal communication, including podcasts, video, or audio recordings, educational materials (including but not limited to courses, training materials, books, articles, and other resources), and generated output (such as product and service outputs, feedback, suggestions, or other content) available via the site.
  • Tools: SaaS, web apps, templates, evaluations, worksheets, AI interactions, conversations and other outputs or resources designed to help users measure and diagnose the fitness of products and services for their intended purpose.

The Website and Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not create a client relationship between you and us. Any use of the content is at your own risk. Always consult with professionals before acting on any information from the Website. Buying the book (Completely Satisfied) or using Hailee (agentic AI version of the book) does not create a client relationship with Hank Marquis. For decisions that require specific expertise or carry meaningful risk, rely on your own qualified professionals. You are solely responsible for how you choose to use the Website and Services.

The Website, Services, and all content are provided "as-is." I do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any content. I make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website or Services. Your use is entirely at your own risk. AI responses may include mistakes. Hailee is Completely Satisfied's AI experience. You can ask anything about select workgroup experience and get an AI-powered response, with the ability to go deeper through follow-up questions and helpful links to Completely Satisfied content. Hailee expands Completely Satisfied with more advanced reasoning and ways of interacting. Hailee relies on custom-built workgroup digital twins to provide a deep understanding of workgroup experiences, causes and affects, meaning that responses are supported by high quality data to improve factuality. As with any early-stage AI implementation, Hailee doesn't always get the nuance right. When this does happen, please give feedback through thumbs up / thumbs down to help Hailee improve. I'll continue to refine Hailee, expand its functionality, update the user interface and introduce new ways to help leaders access and engage with the experiences of the workgroups they support using the approaches in Completely Satisfied and subsequent works.

3. Liability
I am not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to use the Services, if applicable.
