Frequently Asked Questions

Why enterprise applications fall short, what Hailee can do about it, and what makes the approach different.

The value

What problem does Hailee solve?

Enterprise applications can appear healthy on dashboards while the people using them struggle to get their work done. Hailee helps leaders identify where delivery falls short of what workgroups need, why it matters, and what to fix first.

What will I get from working with Hailee?

A clear priority, an explanation of the delivery problem, a business-impact estimate, and guidance toward corrective action. In a published advisory example, Hailee also prepares a staff email and a CIO briefing. Those six outcomes demonstrate the advisory process, not guaranteed results for every engagement.

How quickly can we get answers?

Hailee One™ is designed to move from a defined problem to diagnostic findings and corrective-action guidance within 48 hours, given timely access to the selected workgroup. Once its WorkGroup Digital Twin™ is ready, Hailee can guide an advisory conversation in minutes. The published session demonstrates that capability; the 48-hour timeframe describes the service engagement.

Can Hailee estimate the financial impact?

Yes. Hailee connects experience gaps with the work activities they affect, then estimates lost productivity and business impact using workgroup inputs and stated assumptions. The figures help leaders make decisions; they are estimates, not audited losses or promised savings.

Where can we use Hailee, and how do we begin?

Hailee supports enterprise application delivery across 56 categories, including CRM, ERP, EHR, and HCM. Start with one application and a clearly defined workgroup. Interview three to five experienced, engaged employees about their work and application experience. The Hailee.ai platform uses that evidence to create the twin.

Do we need to replace software or install monitoring agents?

No. The initial diagnosis starts with workgroup evidence. It does not require replacing your enterprise applications or installing monitoring agents.

What does it cost, and can we try it first?

Hailee One™ is $14,500 for one application and one workgroup, with up to 90 days of access or 1 million tokens, whichever comes first. Hailee Sprint™ is a $129,500, 90-day recovery engagement with expert advisory support. A free 14-day trial uses prebuilt twins. See packages and current pricing.

The difference

What is a WorkGroup Digital Twin™?

A WorkGroup Digital Twin™ (WDT) is Hailee.ai’s proprietary, living computational model of a defined workgroup. It connects what people expect and experience with the activities they perform and the business value of that work. It is the foundation of Hailee’s advice, not simply a dashboard or employee satisfaction score.

What makes the twin proprietary?

Its distinguishing feature is how it models the relationships among human experience, work activities, and business value. The value also lies in the platform, questions, methods, and diagnostic logic used to create and maintain the twin. Hailee’s conversational interface is how leaders access this intelligence, not the invention itself.

What is the difference between Hailee.ai and Hailee?

Hailee.ai is the platform that creates and maintains WorkGroup Digital Twins™. Hailee is its AI executive advisor. She channels the twins, guides the diagnosis, and recommends action. Hailee advises; you decide.

What is Synthetic Intelligence (SI)?

Synthetic Intelligence (SI) is the technology that gives Hailee a model of human situations through the twins. It links experience, reasoning, and value to guide decisions. Think of SI as the mind; AI provides the speed, conversation, and action.

Why not just use ChatGPT or another AI chatbot?

General-purpose chatbots can provide ideas and answer questions. Hailee is built for a defined advisory task: working from a proprietary twin, established diagnostic frameworks, and workgroup evidence to investigate delivery failures, explain the findings, and recommend the next action. The leader does not have to invent the diagnostic sequence.

How is Hailee different from monitoring tools or Digital Adoption Platforms?

Monitoring tools reveal technical conditions. Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) help people navigate applications. Both have uses, but neither alone explains why delivery fails to support important work. Hailee diagnoses the delivery causes so leaders can fix problems rather than only detect them or work around them.

Can a twin support more than one decision or engagement?

Yes. A twin gives leaders a reusable view of the same workgroup’s experience, activities, and business priorities. Hailee can use it to identify other issues, sequence corrective actions, and guide follow-on work while the twin remains available. New evidence can inform subsequent decisions.

The evidence and trust

What evidence supports Hailee’s guidance?

Hailee.ai’s evidence base includes 537,671 user experience profiles from 5,674 sources across 1,291 enterprise applications and 56 markets, plus 390,625 derived workgroup checks. The library includes full experience details across 22 experience factors for all 1,291 application services. This provides historical comparison context; each new WorkGroup Digital Twin™ is grounded in evidence collected from the customer’s defined workgroup.

Is the published advisory session a real customer outcome?

It is an unedited Hailee advisory session using simulated story data. It demonstrates proof-of-concept advisory capabilities, including prioritization, business-impact analysis, recommended actions, and leadership communications. It is not evidence that a customer achieved the estimated savings.

Does Hailee monitor or rank individual employees?

No. Hailee works with aggregated, de-identified evidence about defined workgroups. The purpose is to improve enterprise application delivery, not to monitor or rank individuals.
