  6. Treat friction as evidence, not resistance. Don't assume an adoption problem.
  7. Look beyond where friction appears. The cause is often elsewhere.
  8. Diagnose why delivery fails before choosing how to fix it.
  9. Fix the cause when it can be fixed. Don't add technology to work around it.
  10. Judge technology by the value it delivers, not simply whether people use it.
